- Flexibility: Flexibility to work a range of hours, including afternoons, evenings, and public holidays, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Educational Background: Diploma in hotel management, business administration, or equivalent, reflecting a strong foundation in hospitality and business principles.
- Driver's License: Full driver's license is highly regarded, facilitating travel and mobility within the region.
- Certification: General Managers Certificate is preferable, demonstrating expertise and commitment to hospitality management.
