About the Role
As a HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in supporting the needs of our employees and ensuring the success of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert advice on employee relations, change management, and organizational development. You will also work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business results.

Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, including complaints, investigations, disciplinary action, restorative processes, and mediation.
- Collaborate with our HR team to identify and address HR-related issues and opportunities.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, as well as significant experience in HR practice. You should possess excellent communication and customer relationship skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
