**Job Summary**
We are looking for a highly skilled HR professional to join our team as an Employee Relations Manager, Leaves. This role is responsible for managing our leaves and accommodations program, ensuring compliance with ADA and other applicable laws.
Your primary responsibilities will include assessing our current leave and accommodations programs for gaps and potential improvements. You will create tools to communicate our leave and time off policies effectively to all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will provide education and training to our leaders to equip them with the necessary skills to support their professionals.
You will also serve as a liaison for facilitating return to work via the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended Act (ADAAA) interactive process. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
