Global Customer Incident Manager

AWS is seeking a Global Customer Incident Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical incidents affecting our global customer base. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify root causes, develop corrective actions, and implement process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in network and operating system support, with experience working in distributed computing environments. A bachelor's degree and industry-specific accredited certification(s) are required. Familiarity with cloud services, high availability, and fault-tolerant design is also preferred.
In this role, you will:
• Manage and resolve complex technical incidents affecting our global customer base
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across AWS to improve the customer experience and develop mechanisms that support operational excellence
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely communication and issue resolution
• Perform other duties as required by the organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of network and operating system support experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Industry-specific accredited certification(s)
