Aon Hewitt is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bid Development Manager to join our team in New Zealand. As a key member of our Business Development function, you will work closely with product specialists and service teams to drive growth strategies across the region.

This role is instrumental to the commercial success of Aon New Zealand, and you will own the bid and pitch process end-to-end, including strategic involvement in new client prospecting and working with sales teams across the region.

Key responsibilities will include developing client value propositions and proposals, leading key message development and pitch preparation, maintaining retention activities, and devising creative and effective proposals and tender responses.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong professional approach to leading the bid process, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a growth mindset with a strong drive to achieve client objectives.
