The Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Solution Consultant to join our pre-sales team. As a key member of this team, you'll work closely with sales and partner teams to understand customer needs, design impactful solutions, and present them to prospective customers. Your industry expertise and technical knowledge will enable and educate customers and wider MYOB teams.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the pre-sales engagement of the sales process with sales teams and partners to achieve revenue targets.
  2. Conduct solution discovery sessions with prospects to understand their problems, process limitations, and the impact of those problems.
  3. Develop tailored solutions that address the needs of prospective customers.
  4. Present solutions to potential MYOB ERP prospects, both in person and remotely.
  5. Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to create solution proposals and implementation approaches.
  6. Enhance documentation, presentations, proposals, ROI models, and presentations to effectively showcase our solutions and value.
  7. Ensure technical closure for opportunities, enabling sales teams to progress to commercial negotiations.
  8. Work with customers and implementation teams to address potential implementation obstacles and provide a positive customer experience.
  9. Develop collateral and training to support sales teams in positioning end-to-end solutions.
  10. Stay up-to-date with product roadmaps, development progress, and competitor offerings.

About You

We're looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in pre-sales/implementation roles, working with ERP/CRM/payroll and workforce management solutions. Experience implementing or selling cloud ERP solutions like MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Pronto, Epicor, Wiise, Sage, or others is desirable. You should be able to engage in deep conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the best solution.
