We're seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your technical skills and sales expertise to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in crafting customer engagement strategies and delivering groundbreaking results. You'll work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities and drive growth at current and new customers.

Your deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, combined with your experience in AI-driven customer engagement solutions, will enable you to design and implement innovative sales approaches.

This is an outstanding opportunity to apply your technical skills, sales competence, and ability to articulate complex AI-driven solutions to a mix of customers.

  • Requirements:
  • Strong background in enterprise and commercial B2B sales within the context of highly technical sales.
  • Deep understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, understanding of the agent platform, how to configure and set up agents, hook them into existing flows, automation, API connection, etc.
  • Experience with AI-driven customer engagement solutions and the Salesforce platform (i.e. Sales, Services, Marketing, Data Cloud).
