As a Senior Manager NFR Compliance and Policy Management in NFR Enterprise, you'll play a key role in standardising the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of compliance and policy management in ANZ Aotearoa.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive horizon scanning processes to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Overseeing the Non-Financial Risk governance framework for managing change.
  • Driving proactive, effective, and efficient approach to Non-Financial Risk Management.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience providing expert advice, guidance, and independent assessment of governance, risk management, and control processes in a financial services context.
  • Risk experience within the business would be advantageous.
  • Diverse banking experience demonstrating a sound knowledge and understanding of how ANZ operates.
  • Able to use initiative - be proactive by taking action and be relentless and resilient in addressing issues.
  • Able to build strong, open, and collaborative working relationships, ability to liaise with and influence internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner.
