Job Description

As a Child Development Specialist at Busy Bees, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a safe and stimulating environment that encourages children's growth and learning.
  • Leading educational activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Level 3 qualification or above in Early Years Education.
  • Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.
