About Our Early Years Foundation Stage Team

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Nursery Practitioner to join our team as a key leader in shaping the learning environment for young children.

The successful candidate will have experience in providing advice and support for practitioners on planning and delivering the Early Years curriculum, leading on liaison with outside agencies and other professionals, liaising with parents and carers to ensure they are well informed, keeping records and provision maps for all children including those with SEND, and leading the planning, delivery, and monitoring of targeted support for all children including children with SEND.

As a Senior Nursery Practitioner - SENCO, you will lead the staff team to ensure all practitioners understand their responsibilities to all children, including children with SEND, and develop and lead the setting's approach to identifying and meeting the needs of children, including children with SEND.

About You:

We are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, and organised individual who has the skills and knowledge to provide and monitor the standards, care, and education with reference to all aspects of Early Years Foundation Stage, and in particular meeting the needs of all children including children with SEND.

You Will Have Experience In:

  • Providing Advice and Support for Practitioners on Planning and Delivery of the Early Years Curriculum for All Children
  • Leading on Liaison with Outside Agencies and Other Professionals
