Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Childcare Practitioner to join our team in Chelmsford Springfield. The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education and experience working with children under 5 years old.

Responsibilities

  • Create a Safe Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
  • Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Key Person Role: Build strong relationships with families and contribute to our nurturing community.

Our nursery is an Ofsted-rated Outstanding setting with a capacity of 154 children. We offer a collaborative environment that values growth among our staff, with a short walk from Chelmsford city centre and ample free parking on-site.

  • Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education
  • Proven experience in working with children under 5 years old
