**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain an organised and stimulating nursery environment
  • Ensure compliance with legal ratios
  • Manage, support and motivate the team
  • Oversee the induction of new team members

**Requirements:**

  • Hold a full and relevant Early Years Level 3 Childcare Qualification or higher
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS guidelines
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in leading and managing a team
  • Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have strong written and verbal communication abilities
