Brainy Beanies Organising Committee - Hamilton

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer to join our team as a key member of the Brainy Beanies Organising Committee. This role is ideal for those who are passionate about community service and have excellent organisational skills.

  • The committee will assist with beanie collection, coordination, and distribution to businesses and events.
  • Volunteers will also help with labelling, tagging, and storage of beanies.
  • Additional tasks include event setup and support, promotion, and awareness raising.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who want to make a difference in their community. As a volunteer on the Brainy Beanies Organising Committee, you will play a vital role in supporting Brain Tumour Support NZ.

Requirements:

Volunteers should be willing to commit to 1-2 hours per week during March-April and 3-4 hours per week during May-June.

Additionally, a Ministry of Justice background check is required for this role.
