Trustee Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our board of trustees as a volunteer. As a trustee, you will be part of a team that makes strategic decisions to further the objectives of our charitable trust.

About Our Organisation

The Hamilton Christmas Charitable Trust was established in 2004 with the goal of maintaining the annual Christmas Parade in Hamilton.

We are also responsible for managing the installation of a Christmas tree in Garden Place and coordinating a lighting concert event.

Our main goal is to bring joy to the community through entertaining events.

Main Responsibilities
  • Attend regular meetings to participate in decision-making processes and contribute to the development of our charity.
  • Pursue tasks and projects entrusted by the board to guarantee the success of our events.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and insights to improve the quality of our annual events.
Required Skills and Experience
  • A strong passion for Christmas and its significance in the community.
  • Desirable: Past experience in governance and fundraising positions.
