Job Title: Processing Manager

Job Description:

The Processing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the processing team's daily operations, ensuring that all processes are efficient, safe, and meet quality standards. This includes managing production schedules, supervising eight staff, maintaining equipment, and working closely with the quality control and engineering teams to enhance overall performance.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the glass processing operations, ensuring timely production while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Supervise and lead the processing team, providing guidance and training to ensure efficiency and safety.
  • Monitor production metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality control teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
