Clinical Leadership Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Clinician to join our team as Clinical Coordinator. As a key member of our regional multi-disciplinary team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of mental health services for children and adolescents in our region.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Ensure that all services are delivered within established timeframes, meeting service quality standards.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and families.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural responsiveness and Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles across the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices in Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Youth Forensic.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A NZ Registered Health Professional with extensive experience in a relevant clinical environment.
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar context.
  • Strong understanding of Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Youth Forensic principles and best practices.
