Perioperative Leadership Role

A Day in the Life
In this role, you will be part of a high-performing team providing acute and elective obstetrics and gynaecology perioperative services 24/7. You will work closely with the Women's Health Service and liaise with other multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the perioperative team in delivering high-quality care
- Collaborate with senior leadership to coordinate daily activities
- Organize staff and resources to meet service objectives
Requirements
To excel in this position, you should have:
- At least five years of operating room experience, preferably in Women's Health
- Proven leadership and coordination skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
