Dynamic Mechanical Services is a rapidly expanding company in New Zealand, specializing in HVAC services. Established in Christchurch in 2017, the company now operates in three major cities across the country.

Job Overview

We are seeking two exceptional individuals to manage our Wellington office with the right attitude and skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the planning and review of office services in collaboration with the owner.
  • Set priorities and establish office service standards.
  • Allocate human resources, space, and equipment within the office.
  • Assign work to and monitor the performance of staff members.
  • Manage company records, financials, and accounts for the office.
  • Liaise with professionals to coordinate office business and resolve problems.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations in the workplace.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant government legislation, policies, and procedures and ensure office compliance.
  • Oversee personnel activities such as hiring, promotions, performance management, payroll, training, and supervision.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
  • Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Main Objectives:
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (not essential).
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Management Qualification or 1 Year's Experience Required

Minimum Hours: 30 Maximum 40 per week

Pay Rate: $29.70 - $35.00 depending on experience
