Strategic Project Management Role

Kāinga Ora - Homes and Communities is seeking a Strategic Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves working across internal teams to drive business cases for social housing developments on Kāinga Ora properties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead business cases for social housing developments.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for portfolio renewal.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in project management, property, finance, or accounting or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with an advanced level of experience using pivot tables and lookups.
  • A current and full NZ driver's license.
