You will lead cross-functional teams and work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.

The primary responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Writing business cases and evaluating, streamlining, and making recommendations on business processes.
  • Building and managing project budgets and resource plans.
  • Presenting oral and written reports defining plans, issues, risks, status, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Developing a fit-for-purpose project management methodology and ensuring projects are delivered in line with it.
  • Managing project risks and dependencies and implementing mitigation plans where necessary.
  • Developing and implementing change control processes to ensure changes are managed effectively.

This role will be responsible for delivering real improvements in business systems, services, and platforms to Tait staff, stakeholders, and customers.
