Job Description

At Synapxe, we are seeking a skilled Program Management Specialist to join our National Programme team. This individual will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office (PMO) and championing annual work planning reviews with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, preferably in a large-sized organization operating in a complex environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Automation tools is essential, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will be able to think strategically, understand and apply policies, and establish effective relationships with key stakeholders. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience with project management methodology and the system development life cycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day activities in the PMO
  • Champion annual work planning reviews with stakeholders
  • Manage and operationalize demand management process with rigor in governance & compliance
  • Streamline SAP reports for end-to-end delivery performance KPIs
  • Report and analyze delivery balance scorecard KPIs

Requirements:

  • Programme management experience in a large-sized organization
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Automation tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with project management methodology and SDLC
