Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading delivery excellence in a regional customer engagement setting. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transformational program management and a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams.

Main Objectives:

  1. Ensure successful delivery of multiple projects related to engagement or program execution.
  2. Define strategic objectives of large and complex programs, including benefits realization plans and KPIs.
  3. Translate customer business goals into concrete strategy and tactical delivery plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prevention:
    • Champion for Delivery Excellence and Adoption through Continuous Improvement programs.
    • Actively contribute as an expert in the Communities.
    • Drive knowledge sharing across our delivery organization.
  • Correction:
    • Develop corrective plans for engagements identified as Early Warning.
    • Provide Governance and Thought Leadership to turn around a delivery engagement at risk of escalation.
  • De-Escalation:
    • Intervene, support, and guide running de-escalations as needed across the region.
    • Manage senior stakeholders through the full escalation lifecycle.

Competencies and Skills:

  • Excellent understanding of SAP solutions and consulting business processes.
  • Highly developed business acumen.
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision-making, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • Ability to train, mentor, and develop program managers and project managers.
