The Role
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Leader to guide and develop our passionate allied health team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise while honing your leadership skills. With the support of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll empower your team to reach new heights in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional service quality & delivery.
  • Monitor team performance, while working alongside a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of key initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Utilize your ACC contracts expertise to drive business growth.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
  • A physiotherapist or occupational therapist qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a people leadership role.
  • A proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a community rehabilitation or allied health setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to prioritize competing needs.
  • Experience navigating ACC contracts.
  • A passion for empowering your team to deliver outstanding, culturally responsive services.
