Key Responsibilities

  • Implement targeted and impactful email campaigns in Klaviyo with accurate segmentation.
  • Strategise with the wider team and own the email content calendar for your clients.
  • Utilise Canva for making email design edits and content, ensuring alignment with briefs, brand guidelines and client expectations.
  • Collaborate with our Head of Strategy on opportunities to unlock further eCommerce growth for our clients.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating a consultative and solution-driven approach.
  • Actively improve upon existing flows and automation. Conduct RFM and CLV analysis to drive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working with Klaviyo, Canva and Shopify is preferred. Shopify Plus and the wider ecosystem experience are also desirable but not essential.
  • A strong commercial acumen to identify present opportunities for clients and, most importantly, knowing when to present them.
