We're now looking for a Klaviyo Co-Ordinator to join our talented team and be part of our explosive trajectory.
We partner with brands generating $2M–$50M ARR to create scalable, high-converting digital experiences from design and development to strategy and retention marketing.
We prioritise staff well-being as the foundation of our success. We offer flexible schedules, paid birthdays off, annual mental health days, training and personal well-being funds and paid car-park at 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement targeted and impactful email campaigns in Klaviyo with accurate segmentation.
- Strategise with the wider team and own the email content calendar for your clients.
- Utilise Canva for making email design edits and content, ensuring alignment with briefs, brand guidelines and client expectations.
- Collaborate with our Head of Strategy on opportunities to unlock further eCommerce growth for our clients.
- Actively participate in client meetings, demonstrating a consultative and solution-driven approach.
- Actively improve upon existing flows and automation. Conduct RFM and CLV analysis to drive decision-making.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working with Klaviyo, Canva and Shopify is preferred. Shopify Plus and the wider ecosystem experience are also desirable but not essential.
- A strong commercial acumen to identify present opportunities for clients and, most importantly, knowing when to present them.
