Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Travvia, a leading provider of leisure travel experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the payroll processes for up to 250 employees in New Zealand and Australia on a fortnightly basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Taking full ownership of payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Developing and enhancing People reporting capabilities within Payroll, delivering timely data and insights to enable effective decision-making.
  • Maintaining the Tanda database and exporting timesheets to Payglobal.
  • Ensuring payroll is accurate and error-free, adhering to all relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in delivering end-to-end payroll in a commercial organisation.
  • Autonomous, a great multi-tasker, and accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and takes ownership of work, with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey complex payroll information clearly and concisely.
  • Knowledgeable about payroll-related legislation, ensuring compliance in all areas.
