About the Role

This Fixed Term Full-Time position offers an exciting opportunity to join our People team as a Payroll Specialist. You will be responsible for managing payroll operations for up to 250 employees in New Zealand and Australia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant legislation.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Process payroll for up to 250 employees fortnightly, maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  2. Develop and enhance reporting capabilities within Payroll, providing timely data and insights to support effective decision-making.
  3. Maintain the Tanda database and export timesheets to Payglobal, ensuring seamless payroll operations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience in delivering end-to-end payroll in a commercial organisation, preferably in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Autonomous and able to work independently, with strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex payroll information.
