About the RoleThis full-time, permanent position reports to our Training and Development Advisor- Operations & Supply Chain. As Technical Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering, coordinating, and following up on training for the Supply Chain and Operations staff in line with our organizational procedures.
- Rolling out, implementing, and monitoring agreed training plans.
- Developing, creating, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with the leadership team.
- Supporting processes with our Learning Management System (LMS).
- Engaging with new starters through induction and onboarding processes.
- Liaising with the wider team to ensure all employees are trained on relevant SOPs, Critical Control Points, and Quality Control Points.
- Evaluating employee knowledge and providing recommendations for additional training materials.
- Creating and agreeing on weekly training schedules with the team.
- 1-2 years of experience in a training role or a role with a significant training component (preferably in food manufacturing).
- LMS system proficiency and ability to learn new processes quickly.
- Proficient user of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and basic video/photo editing skills.
- Inquisitive and eager to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and business partnering skills.
- Flexibility, resilience, agility, and adaptability.
- Passion for sharing knowledge, driving action, and exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivation and solutions-focused approach.
- Comfortable spending time on the factory floor engaging, coaching, and following up.
