We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Operations Assistant to join our dynamic team in the beautiful Cala Llonga beach area. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to the success of our two one-of-a-kind lifestyle hotel brands.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management. Additionally, you will support the front desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations, providing personalized guest services and responding promptly to inquiries and requests.

We are looking for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapting to different tasks and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the property. Your strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will enable you to collaborate seamlessly with the Guest Experience team and other departments.

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of **€20,000-€25,000 per year**, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive Internship Program with a final project to present to the Excom & Head of Departments. You will also enjoy accommodation included, lunch served daily at the in-house restaurant, and great discounts at all Ennismore hotels and special discounts at numerous island businesses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in daily housekeeping operations, including room inspections and inventory management.
  • Support the front desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Provide personalized guest services, responding promptly to inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organize and coordinate special guest activities and events.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

**Requirements:**

  • CURRENTLY PURSUING OR RECENTLY COMPLETED A DEGREE IN HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED FIELD.
  • EUROPEAN NATIONALITY OR THE POSSIBILITY TO GET A STUDENT VISA FOR SPAIN.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
  • STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING ABILITIES AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT AND ADAPT TO DIFFERENT TASKS.
