**Job Description:**

The Human Resource Officer (Generalist) plays a crucial role in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing and implementing performance management systems, designing workforce development programmes, and providing expert HR advice.

This position works collaboratively with a team responsible for driving organisational growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Support and oversee end-to-end hiring, collaborating with managers to attract and integrate top talent.
  • Performance Management – Support and implement performance frameworks, support leadership with reviews, and drive employee growth.
  • Workforce Development – Identify training needs and deliver programmes to enhance skills and career progression.
  • HR Policies & Compliance – Ensure policies align with legal requirements, providing expert guidance on HR matters.
  • Employee Relations – Support and address grievances, resolve conflicts, and foster a supportive work environment.
  • Engagement & Culture – Support and lead initiatives to boost employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.
  • HR Records & Documentation – Maintain accurate records, support audits, and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
