We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will manage Operational PX activities within the business, empower leaders through advice, coaching, and guidance, and work closely with our Generation business unit with an enterprise-wide approach.

Key duties include providing operational HR support to employees and People Leaders, delivering large-scale HR projects, and engaging with team members to identify growth opportunities. The successful candidate will have intermediate experience as a HR advisor / P&P Advisor, exposure to different industries and employment law, and be fully conversant with employment related legislation.
