Based in our Ellerslie Support Office, reporting to the Head of HR, you'll thrive in a fast-moving, high-volume environment where expectations shift, and no two days are the same.Manage HR administration with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.Provide HR advice and support to managers and employees.Support employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.Coordinate and support engagement initiatives, wellbeing programs, and policy implementation.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and policies.Communicate clearly and confidently, ensuring stakeholders are always well-informed.You're a detail-oriented HR professional who can juggle competing priorities without missing a beat.
You remain calm and patient under pressure, communicate with clarity, and always bring a solutions-focused attitude to challenges.
