Salary and Benefits
You will earn between $23.38 - $29.10 per hour, depending on your qualification. We also offer an excellent working environment, great team atmosphere, rewarding work, and extensive training opportunities.
In addition, you will receive free yearly flu vaccination, career growth and advancement opportunities, and a full NZ Driver Licence is required as part of your role.
Job Description
This is a part-time position working 40 hours per fortnight every Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3 pm until 7 pm. You will assist with personal cares when required and be part of a dynamic team that makes a positive difference in people's lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A passion for people, being patient, friendly, and kind
- An understanding of Enabling Good Lives principles
- The ability to understand, communicate, and connect with people
- Professionalism, honesty, and reliability as a team player with a flexible approach
- Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to be part of a team
- A NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing would be preferable
