As a Kaiāwhina | Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with complex needs, including palliative care, dementia, mental health, and medication management.

You will work collaboratively with our nursing team to deliver person-centered care, respecting the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bi-cultural approach.

Our Kaiāwhina Skills Framework training takes place during your first two – four weeks of employment, equipping you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.
