Your Role

As a Kaiawhina | Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex care needs, empowering them to live independently and achieve their goals. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver exceptional care and outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 or 4 health and wellbeing certificate (recognized in NZ)
  • Experience working with individuals with spinal injuries and hoist equipment
  • Ability to administer prescribed medication
  • Understanding and respect for the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and bi-cultural approach
  • Full/restricted driver's license
