Judicial Research Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Judicial Research Assistant. This role will provide high quality research support to the District Court Judges and Community Magistrates in Wellington.
The successful applicant must be available for an immediate start, allowing for a notice period. They will provide efficient and accurate legal support on any topic required.
To excel in this role, you will need to be someone who enjoys working independently towards deadlines, self-motivated to manage workloads and maintain confidentiality.
As a Judicial Research Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop an intricate and first-hand view of the judicial system. You will work closely with the District Court Judges and Community Magistrates to provide high quality research and directly support their decision-making process.
