**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Clinical Services Director to lead and develop our high-performing allied health team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you'll empower your team to reach new heights in service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Mentor, coach, and support team members to ensure exceptional service quality and delivery
- Monitor team performance while working alongside a multi-disciplinary team
- Plan, coordinate, and manage the implementation of key initiatives
- Buid and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
**Requirements**
- Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a people leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing teams in a community rehabilitation or allied health setting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise competing needs
- Experience navigating ACC contracts
