Clinical Healthcare Specialist

About the Role
\We are seeking a skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong clinical reasoning and be able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a small team in the Anaesthetic Assessment Clinic (AAC).
The AAC requires nurse anaesthetic triaging, nurse facilitated anaesthetic assessments, and nursing support for the Anaesthetist clinics.
In addition, the successful candidate may be required to work as part of the wider Outpatient nursing team in Christchurch Outpatients.
About the Service
\Christchurch Outpatients, including the Anaesthetic Assessment Clinic, operates across three floors of our outpatient facility, providing nurse-led clinics, nursing support, and care for many different specialties.
\About You
\To be successful in this role, you will need 3+ years of nursing experience and recent Surgical or Outpatient nursing experience is preferred. Additionally, completion of a post-graduate Health Assessment course is essential. You will also need excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with a strong patient focus.
