About the Role
As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will work alongside our Physiotherapists in the Specialist Mental Health Service at Hillmorton Hospital. This is an exciting opportunity to refine your skills and develop your career in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Physiotherapist colleagues in delivering treatment and rehabilitation plans in a hospital setting
  • Facilitating group exercise sessions
  • Maintaining and monitoring supplies and equipment within the department

Required Skills and Qualifications
A strong desire to be part of a team and eagerness to be your best are essential for this role. You should have a dedication to continued learning and striving for the best patient outcomes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to follow direction, are also necessary. Previous experience in a similar therapy assistant role with a good understanding of health is required.
