We are seeking a Sales Development Executive to join our team at AJ CONSTRUCT.

About the Role:

The Sales Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and leading the sales process from tendering to contract negotiation and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Strategies: Identify and secure new business opportunities through research, networking, and sales efforts.
  2. Cultivate Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients across industries, leveraging technical expertise to deliver tailored solutions.
  3. Lead Sales Process: Oversee sales activities from tendering to contract negotiation and deal closure, ensuring successful project outcomes.
  4. Collaborate with Technical Teams: Work closely with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions, meeting client needs and driving business growth.
  5. Represent the Company: Engage with industry stakeholders at events, trade shows, and meetings, promoting AJ CONSTRUCT's expertise and services.
  6. Contribute to Business Planning: Provide market insights and contribute to business planning initiatives, informing strategic decisions for growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in business development or sales within mechanical engineering, industrial fabrication, or heavy industry sectors.
  • Established industry network with a knack for generating high-value leads.
  • Technical proficiency in engineering solutions, fabrication, and industrial maintenance.
  • Experience in contract negotiation, tendering, and managing large-scale sales projects.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to nurture client relationships and pursue business opportunities.
