About the Job

We're seeking an experienced Logistics Co-ordinator to coordinate our Lichfield site, overseeing dispatch/distribution operations. This role offers opportunities to drive success in a dynamic team environment, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating dispatch, stock management, and logistics operations.
  • Lead a team, coordinate inventory, and maintain compliance with quality standards.
  • Coordinate packaging stock takes, transfers, receipting, and labelling.
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload packaging and final product stock.
  • Manage chiller stock levels, freezer stock, and liaise with the Sales Support team.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in an Operations/Logistics supervisory role.
  • Forklift and truck licenses preferred.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail for stock accuracy.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
