To succeed in this role, you will need to have at least three years' experience in a clinical leadership position, with a strong background in theatre operations.

You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate theatre schedules and resources
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members
