We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Kingsland and Symonds Street clinics. As part of our Care Team, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered, culturally safe and holistic general practice care to both enrolled and casual patients.
You will work closely with the Central Clinical Team to provide seamless, high-quality services, and support our awesome HCA team & Primary Care Nursing team in the provision of exceptional patient care.
The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about long-term primary care, excited by change and champions model of care improvements. You should possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
