**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our primary care team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be responsible for conducting health assessments, administering immunizations, wound care, and minor procedures, as well as providing health education and lifestyle advice to promote well-being.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients
  • Administer immunizations, wound care, and minor procedures with precision and attention to detail
  • Provide expert health education and lifestyle advice to promote overall well-being
  • Manage patient recalls and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with GPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care

**Requirements:*

  • Registered Nurse with a current New Zealand Annual Practising Certificate
  • Proven experience working in a primary care setting in New Zealand
  • Independent Vaccinator Certificate
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to patient-centered care
