- Familiarity with general practice PMS systems (e.g., Indici, Medtech32, Medtech evolution, My Practice) is an advantage.
- Exceptional face-to-face customer service skills and phone manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize workload in a busy environment.
- Solid IT understanding with experience working in and improving various systems.
