Job Description:
Ld New Zealand Ltd - Trading As Ld is seeking an Office Administrator to support our team in South Auckland.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director, review and organize client records, manage MyIR and agency listing, coordinate engagement letters, AML requirements, and new client onboarding, oversee Companies Office administration, and prepare finalized reports for client signatures and filing tax returns.
Requirements:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting administration
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
