About the Role
This full-time position is based at UniLodge Mayoral Drive Student Accommodation in Auckland. As a key member of our front office reception team, you will operate the day-to-day reception area, handle administration tasks, and assist with leasing duties.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate the front desk reception area, providing a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and external partners
- Assist with property management tasks, including room inspections and handling rent arrears collection
- Undertake administrative duties, such as reporting tasks, filing, and coordinating with internal teams
- Liaise with third-party contractors and building facilities management teams

About You
We are seeking a resilient, motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. Previous experience in hospitality or property management would be advantageous.
