We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Administrator to join our team, providing expert technical assistance to Out of Home customers and administrative support to our technicians.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by:

  • Providing phone and email assistance on the technical service support line
  • Liaising with internal technicians and OOH customers to resolve technical issues via phone
  • Escalating complex issues to appropriate teams and following up until resolution
  • Maintaining systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions

To be successful in this role, you will have strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
