**Job Description**

As a Senior Manager at A*STAR, you will oversee the fixed asset team, ensuring the efficient management of assets across our research institutes and entities. Your responsibilities will include:

- Supervising the verification of assets and coordinating with managers or directors to plan schedules
- Chairing regular meetings to report on progress and address findings
- Reviewing changes in asset details and compiling reports for management review
- Supervising staff to investigate unsighted assets and preparing mitigation controls

You will also lead the team in assisting with audits, handling queries, and collaborating with custodians to perform asset sightings as required by auditors.

**Requirements**

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent finance and accounting qualification
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a shared services environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills
