Our mission is to attract, retain and grow the world's best data centre team. We believe that everyone's unique experiences enable us to deliver meaningful benefits for our people, our clients, and communities.

We strive to create an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity. Our company culture encourages innovation, responsiveness, and trust in supporting our customers.

We operate multiple facilities in the ACT, NSW, VIC, and New Zealand, providing secure data centre configurations that support co-location, containerised and hyperscale compute environments with all campuses interconnected with high-speed carrier grade networks.

About the Role:

This role involves supporting the maintenance, repair, and incident response of critical Electrical, Mechanical, and Fire systems at our Hobsonville data centre campus.

You will be the first to respond to alerts, assess severity, prioritise actions, and escalate to third-party contractors when needed.

Shift team members will proactively inspect critical infrastructure, monitor 24/7 operations, and identify risks to ensure systems operate as designed.

You will also oversee contractors performing critical work, ensuring strict compliance with pre-defined MOPs and making quick, informed decisions on prioritisation and escalation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promptly responding to service requests and emergency faults.
  • Conducting initial fault finding, determining causes, and implementing remedies.
  • Communicating repair timelines with internal teams for coordinated client communications.
  • Performing critical switching to prevent disruptions in case of equipment failure.
  • Ensuring timely completion of planned maintenance, daily site reviews, and adherence to safety policies.
