**Job Overview:**

Dicker Data Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Modern Work Specialist to join their team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for working with channel partners to leverage your technical expertise and drive the acquisition of Microsoft customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to demonstrate your expertise in both business outcomes and technology aspects of the Microsoft Modern Work & Security solution stack.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with our channel partners to leverage your technical expertise to drive the acquisition of Microsoft customers.
  • Be an entrepreneurial and motivated individual focused on building a book of business around a set of offerings, capabilities, and solutions in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrate expertise in both the business outcomes and technology aspects of the Microsoft Modern Work & Security solution stack, including Copilot for M365.
  • Leverage experience in working with various go-to-market and sales channels to support sales and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive joint business initiatives for Dicker Data and Microsoft.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and usage targets across the region, driving both team and individual performance.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Modern Work, AI & Security to ensure long-term CSP revenue and growth.
  • Confidently chair partner and customer workshops and deliver solution presentations.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of core sales, channel sales, security solution selling, or business development experience (essential).
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft security products or similar solutions (essential).
  • 2+ years of experience working in the distribution channel for Small & Medium Business (SMB) customers (preferred).
  • BASIC understanding of Security and the Microsoft partner ecosystem (essential).
  • Preferably experience working at a Partner / Hoster / Telco/ Service Provider or competing technology vendor (preferred).
  • Have or obtain relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g. MS-900, AZ-900, SC-900, AI-900 etc).
